Done-For-You AI Operating System

We build the AI system that runs your business. Then we leave.

ViticusX installs a complete, self-operating AI system around your business — a private knowledge vault your agents actually run on, automated outbound and lead sourcing, monitoring and alerting, payment-to-fulfillment pipelines, and a governed fleet of scheduled agents that run unattended. $5,000–$25,000 one-time, based on complexity. No subscription. You own it forever.

Email Viticusx@viticusxllc.com to book a walkthrough. Call 256-300-9397 to reach Mike Dugan. Both go to him. There is no form and no booking software.

In the email, say what the business does and which process is costing the most hours. If you would rather read first, see the offer.

What We Run

We don’t demo slideware. We run this stack every day.

Everything we install for a client is something we already operate on our own business. The numbers below come from live configuration and operating logs — not projections — and we’ll walk you through any of them on a screen share: dashboards, workflow editors, cron schedules, campaign analytics, raw logs.

40+scheduled AI agents running unattended across two environments
33automation workflows — payments, fulfillment, monitoring
~3,700compliant B2B emails delivered to date
530k+records under management in national datasets
13self-serve operations dashboards
2live SaaS products shipped end to end

What those numbers actually are

We ship two live SaaS products of our own — a DOT document-compliance tracker for trucking fleets and a carrier-vetting tool for freight brokers — both running on shared infrastructure we built, both sold by an outbound engine that runs on a schedule without anyone touching it.

That engine has delivered roughly 3,700 cold emails at under 3% hard bounces across 3,500+ sends, on fully authenticated sending domains. The compliance rules are enforced in code, not policy: no contact is ever emailed twice, no unsubscriber is ever re-mailed, and sending caps refuse violating jobs outright.

Same pattern, five industries. We’ve built prospect-sourcing machines on the federal carrier census, county property and probate rolls, state GIS records, and local business data — public-record in, verified prospects out. That’s the machine we point at your market.

The Offer

One build, priced to fit the work. A complete AI Operating System.

We come to your business, install the full system, train your team, and stay on for 30 days while you get comfortable. After that, it's entirely yours.

GTM Engineering

We build the outbound engine. Then you own it.

The engine described below is not a demo built for this page. It is the one we run against the federal FMCSA carrier census to market our own two SaaS products, unattended, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

What an engagement produces is one thing: a working outbound engine that belongs to you. It pulls prospects out of the public record. It verifies the addresses. It sends from authenticated domains on a fixed cadence, timed to the prospect’s local morning. It records every contact and every opt-out permanently. It runs on a server, on a cron, not on somebody remembering.

The proof in this section is our own. There is no client case study on this page, and there is no reply rate, meeting count or revenue figure anywhere in it. Those outcomes depend on your offer and your market. Results are not guaranteed.

compliant B2B cold emails delivered to date by the engine we run for ourselves — evidence it runs, not a claim about scale
01 · Sourcing

The list is built out of the public record

Prospect data comes from public records rather than a purchased list. Our trucking build ingests the federal FMCSA carrier census. Yours is whichever registry, filing or public dataset your buyers already appear in.

  • Federal FMCSA carrier census ingested directly as the source for the trucking build
  • 531,000+ records in that targeting dataset — 80,600 freight brokers and 451,000 carriers
  • Unlawful targeting is designed out of these systems, not merely avoided by habit — demographic and age filters were refused under ECOA
  • When the build is done you own the system outright
02 · Verification

The bounce number came from a fix, not from luck

Our early bounce rate ran high. We root-caused it to stale census records and shipped an active-carrier filing-recency filter. That fix is what produced the number below. We are telling you about the failure because it is the only reason the number means anything.

  • The targeting dataset carries its own SMTP verification layer
  • A check-once ledger over that verification work
  • Hard bounces held under 3% across 3,500+ sends
  • Near 2% in the most recent week
03 · Sending

Authenticated sending on a cadence nobody has to remember

The engine runs unattended on a Linux VPS on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday cron. Mail leaves fully authenticated sending domains. Nobody logs in to start a cycle, and the cadence holds through holidays, travel and turnover because it does not know about any of them.

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the sending domains
  • Unattended Monday/Wednesday/Friday cadence on a Linux VPS
  • Timezone-sharded delivery — separate ET, CT, MT and PT waves timed to the prospect’s local morning
  • A/B message variants, with two products marketed in parallel to two different audiences
  • ~3,700 compliant B2B cold emails delivered to date by the engine we run for ourselves
04 · Compliance

Compliance is code, not a policy document

A promise is a procedure, and procedures get skipped under pressure. Three CAN-SPAM invariants are enforced by the system itself, which means the violating action is not available to whoever is in a hurry on a Friday afternoon.

  • No contact is ever emailed twice — a permanent send ledger makes a repeat send structurally impossible
  • No unsubscriber is ever re-mailed — opt-outs sync to local suppression before any delete runs, so an unsubscribe cannot be lost to a cleanup or a tool migration
  • Platform contact caps cannot be exceeded — the push layer refuses a violating job rather than warning about it
05 · The tradeoff

What the first invariant costs you

Read that first rule again, because it is a constraint as much as a safeguard, and you should hear it from us rather than discover it later. A contact that has been mailed leaves the pool permanently. That is one cold touch per contact, not a repeating sequence against the same person.

  • The permanent send ledger does not distinguish between a duplicate and a follow-up
  • That is exactly why duplicate contact cannot happen at all
  • If your motion depends on contacting the same person again and again, raise it on the first call — you should know this before you buy, not after
06 · Other industries

Five datasets, one architecture

The same pattern has been rebuilt five times on five unrelated public datasets. The source and the qualifying logic change. The engine underneath does not.

  • Trucking — the federal FMCSA carrier census
  • Real estate — county tax-delinquent, pre-foreclosure, probate and FSBO records
  • Vacant land — state revenue and GIS records
  • Solar — MassGIS public records
  • Local services — business discovery plus generated preview sites
The engagement

Who builds it, what it costs, and who owns it after

Mike Dugan, Founder of ViticusX LLC, carried a quota for 11 years before any of this existed. Eight-plus years selling cars across BMW, Volvo, Toyota and Subaru stores. Three years knocking 50 to 100 doors a day selling solar and home services in Texas. The systems side came after that, not instead of it: two live SaaS products, 40+ scheduled agents, 33 automation workflows, 13 operations dashboards. In his own words, he has both carried the bag and built the machine. Most GTM engineers have never sold. Most salespeople cannot build. That combination is the whole argument, and it is checkable in one call — ask about a quota year and about a cron job in the same conversation.

GTM engineering is priced in the same band as the rest of the work: $5,000 to $25,000, one time, scoped by complexity. No subscription is required to keep the system running.

  • Every build includes full team training and 30 days of hands-on support.
  • After the build you pick one: an ongoing monthly maintenance arrangement, or no retainer at all and you call when something needs maintenance, updates or upgrades. Rates for either are agreed per engagement.
  • You own the system outright. There is no dependency on us and no forced subscription.

Straight about what this is: a real system, not a one-click app. It needs discovery, access to your data sources, and decisions from you about who is actually worth contacting. This page does not quote a build timeline or your ongoing running costs, because both depend on scope — ask for both on the first call and hold us to the answers. If outbound is the wrong motion for your business, you will hear that on the first call instead of paying to find out. Results are not guaranteed, and nothing here should be read as a projection of revenue.

How It Works

From conversation to running system in three steps

1

Free walkthrough call

We show you the exact system we run for our own business and map it to your operations — no obligation.

2

We build it around your business

Your knowledge base, automations, and skill library get built and connected — done by us, not handed to you as a guide.

3

Handoff + 30 days of support

We train your team, then stick around for 30 days to iron out the kinks. After that, it's yours — no fees, no dependency on us.

Is This For You?

Built for businesses ready to stop renting their tools.

Most businesses we talk to already have AI scattered across a chatbot here, an automation there, and a knowledge base nobody updates. Each piece works — but nothing connects, so you're still the one stitching it together. Our system shares one memory across everything, so the pieces work as a whole.

  • You're currently paying $2,000–$10,000/month across tools, retainers, or contractors for research, content, or admin work
  • You (or someone on your team) is reasonably comfortable with technology — this is a real system, not a plug-and-play app
  • You want to own the system outright, with no recurring fees once it's built
  • You'd rather pay once and reclaim 10-15+ hours a week, permanently

Honest caveat

This works best if your team is comfortable enough with technology to use and extend the system after handoff. We'd rather tell you that upfront than oversell it — that's also why every build includes 30 days of hands-on support.

What's Included

Every layer of a self-operating AI business.

These are the machines we run — rebuilt around your business, your data, and your customers. Each component reinforces the others: the knowledge vault feeds every agent, and every automation writes back into it. We scope which of these you actually need on the first call — you are not billed for layers you won’t use.

Memory Layer

AI-First Knowledge Base

A structured, searchable knowledge base built for AI retrieval — every client, project, and decision becomes permanent, organized memory.

  • Built and organized specifically for your business
  • Connected directly to your AI assistant — reads and writes automatically
  • Every decision and research session becomes searchable forever
  • No per-seat licenses, no monthly fee
Automation Layer

Nightly Automation & Skill Library

500+ specialist AI skills wired into automated workflows that run on a schedule — research, content, review, and reporting, without anyone touching it.

  • Nightly research & market intelligence agents
  • On-demand marketing content, ad creative, and copywriting
  • Contract & document review on request
  • Sales, marketing, legal, finance & ops skill packs, tailored to your business
Go-To-Market

Automated Outbound Engine

The system that markets you while you sleep — sourcing, verification, sending, and follow-up running on a schedule with no one at the keyboard.

  • Prospect sourcing and enrichment from public or licensed data in your industry
  • Email verification before send, so you protect your sending reputation
  • Timezone-sharded delivery — each wave lands in the prospect’s local morning
  • A/B message variants tested across sending waves
  • Never-email-twice and permanent opt-out suppression enforced in code
Lead Sourcing

A Prospect Machine For Your Vertical

Public-record data in, filtered and verified prospects out. We’ve rebuilt this pattern for five different industries; yours is the sixth.

  • Built on whatever public or licensed dataset your market actually runs on
  • Filtered by the criteria that define a real buyer for you, not raw volume
  • Contact extraction, deduplication, and verification before anything is used
  • Output to structured tables or your spreadsheets, ready for human review
  • Unlawful targeting designed out of the system, not just avoided by habit
Monitoring

Watch Any Record, Alert On Change

Point it at any public or internal record that matters to your business and it watches on a schedule, then tells you the moment something moves.

  • Hourly or daily monitoring of the records your business depends on
  • Durable alerting — an alert can be late, but it is never lost
  • Mobile push, email, or dashboard delivery
  • Packageable as a tiered product you can sell to your own customers
Revenue Ops

Payment To Fulfillment, Unattended

The full commercial loop wired end to end, so a sale turns into a delivered product with zero manual touches on the happy path.

  • Checkout and subscription lifecycle handling
  • Automatic onboarding the moment payment clears
  • AI fulfillment agents that do the work and email the client the result
  • Failure recovery that alerts you, retries, and follows up with the customer
Governance

The Agent Operating System

The part nobody else installs. Autonomous agents are only safe if something governs them — this is that something, and it is the reason the rest of the stack can be trusted to run unattended.

  • Every significant task gets a permanent ledgered record with an explicit state machine
  • Failures open tracked incidents that surface automatically instead of disappearing
  • Risky changes take a checkpoint with a recorded rollback path before they run
  • High-stakes work is reviewed by independent AI seats plus an adversarial audit pass
  • Nothing is marked complete until verification has actually been executed
Visibility

Dashboards & Operational Telemetry

You should never have to wonder whether your AI staff is working. Every system reports on itself.

  • Self-serve dashboards for the systems that matter to you
  • Heartbeat monitoring — agents check in, and a watchdog alerts when one misses
  • A sentinel that verifies the watchdog itself ran
  • Central error logging with the failing workflow and step captured
Knowledge Transfer

Our Entire Vault, Included

This isn't just the system — it's also the data. We hand over our own internal knowledge base: years of accumulated research, frameworks, playbooks, and findings spanning a wide range of industries.

  • A massive head start — your AI starts with real, applicable knowledge from day one, not a blank slate
  • Cross-industry research and frameworks, not just notes about your business
  • Fully yours to keep, search, and build on forever
  • Merged into your own knowledge base alongside everything we build specifically for you

Why it's one system, not separate tools

The knowledge base gives your AI assistant permanent context — every automation and every skill works from your actual data instead of starting from zero each time. Nightly research writes findings directly into the knowledge base, which then sharpens every piece of content, every review, and every report that follows. Every day the system runs, your AI gets smarter about your business — automatically.

Full transparency: this is a real system, not a one-click app. We do the build, train your team thoroughly, and stay on for 30 days — but it works best when your team is willing to learn how it runs.

What it's worth

What is this actually worth to my business?

No one can honestly tell you what a system will earn you, and this page is not going to try. We have not seen your margins, your close rate, or what a rep costs you loaded. Anyone who quotes you a return in a first conversation is guessing at your numbers in front of you. What can be described is what changes on a Monday morning: what stops being manual, what stops being forgotten, and what keeps running when the person who used to do it is out, busy, or gone.

The value is not a revenue number. It is a set of costs that stop recurring.

~3,700compliant B2B cold emails delivered to date
under 3%hard bounces across 3,500+ sends, near 2% most recent week
531,000+records in the targeting dataset: 80,600 brokers, 451,000 carriers

Those figures come from our own outbound engine, marketing our own products. It is not a client case study and we are not presenting it as one. There are no client results published on this page yet. It is the system we built, ran and fixed before offering to build one for anybody else, and you should weigh it accordingly.

Labor

Work that no longer needs a person

The tasks below are not made faster. They are removed from someone's day. The engine runs unattended on a Linux VPS on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday cron. Nobody starts it and nobody has to remember it.

  • Roughly 3,700 compliant B2B cold emails delivered to date, on that cadence, without a person queuing a send.
  • Timezone-sharded delivery: separate ET, CT, MT and PT waves, each timed to the prospect's local morning.
  • A/B message variants, with two products marketed in parallel to two different audiences from one engine.
  • Prospecting continues whether or not anyone remembers to do it.
Continuity

Knowledge that stops evaporating

In most companies the process lives in one person's head, and it leaves when they do. Here the agents read from a governed knowledge vault with persistent, scoped memory, so context outlives the session that produced it.

  • 40+ scheduled agents across two environments, each with its own scoped memory rather than a prompt someone pastes in.
  • Task state is recorded in a ledger rather than carried in somebody's head.
  • Incident history, checkpoints and rollback methods stay readable after the person who made them has moved on.
Compliance

Rules that cannot be forgotten

A policy is a document people are supposed to remember. In these systems the rule is code, and the code refuses. Three CAN-SPAM invariants are enforced in code, not in policy.

  • No contact is ever emailed twice. A permanent send ledger enforces it.
  • No unsubscriber is ever re-mailed. Opt-outs sync to local suppression before any delete.
  • Platform contact caps cannot be exceeded. The push layer refuses a job that would violate one.
  • Unlawful targeting is designed out rather than avoided by habit. Demographic and age filters were refused under ECOA.
Rarely found together

Six capabilities. The combination is the part that is hard to buy.

Each one below exists somewhere. None is unique. What is uncommon is finding them in one working system, built and operated by the same person who has to answer for it.

Permanent agent memory

Memory here is infrastructure, not a paragraph re-pasted into a prompt by whoever is at the keyboard. A governed knowledge vault gives every agent persistent, scoped memory, which means an agent reads what it is entitled to read and keeps it. Across 40+ scheduled agents in two environments, the system accumulates context instead of resetting.

Autonomous operation under real risk controls

Unattended is easy. Unattended and safe is not. Anything that runs on its own will eventually run wrong, so the controls are structural: a ledgered task state machine, incident tracking, checkpoint and rollback, and adversarial audit gates. Autonomy without those is an unsupervised script with your sending reputation attached to it.

Deliverability treated as an engineering problem

Early bounce rates ran high. The instinct is to blame the copy. The root cause was stale federal census records, and the fix was an active-carrier filing-recency filter. That filter is what produced the sub-3% number. Hard bounces have since held under 3% across 3,500+ sends and sat near 2% in the most recent week, on fully authenticated sending domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

End-to-end shipping

Raw public data to a deployed platform with payments, auth, admin and monitoring, without a handoff in the middle. Two live SaaS products, FleetWatch Pro and CarrierVet, plus 33 automation workflows and 13 operations dashboards. Deployed, not mocked up.

Public-data productization

The same pattern rebuilt across five industries: trucking on the FMCSA carrier census, real estate on county tax-delinquent, pre-foreclosure, probate and FSBO records, vacant land on state revenue and GIS records, solar on MassGIS public records, and local services on business discovery with generated preview sites. The records are free to anyone. Turning them into something that survives contact with a mail server is the work, which here means a 531,000+ record dataset, 80,600 freight brokers and 451,000 carriers, behind an SMTP verification layer and a check-once ledger.

Verification before assertion

Two places on this page show the habit rather than describe it. The bounce problem was root-caused to a specific data defect and fixed, instead of being explained away. The demographic and age filters were refused under ECOA rather than quietly shipped. The same reason the Agent Operating System runs adversarial audit gates and keeps checkpoints with a recorded rollback method: work is not treated as done because it looked done.

One more thing that is hard to hire for. Eleven years carrying a quota came before any of this was built. Eight-plus years selling cars across BMW, Volvo, Toyota and Subaru stores. Three years knocking 50 to 100 doors a day selling solar and home services in Texas. Then the systems side. In Mike's own words, the differentiator is having "both carried the bag and built the machine" — most GTM engineers have never sold, and most salespeople cannot build.

After the build

After the build, you choose. Both answers are real.

GTM engineering is sold in the same one-time band as the rest of the work: $5,000 to $25,000, scoped by complexity, so the price follows the size of what you actually want built. No subscription is required to buy it or to keep using it. Every build already includes full team training and 30 days of hands-on support, which is when the real questions surface. When those 30 days end, you pick one of two arrangements.

  • An ongoing monthly maintenance arrangement. Someone is watching it, keeping it current and extending it as the business changes. This makes sense when the system is load-bearing and nobody internally wants to own it.
  • No retainer at all. You pay nothing ongoing and call when something needs maintenance, updates or upgrades. This makes sense when you have technical people, or when the system is stable and you would rather not pay for months in which nothing happens.

Rates for either are agreed per engagement. We are not printing a monthly number on a web page that we would have to walk back the moment we see your stack.

The reason the second option can exist at all is that you own the system outright. No dependency, and no forced subscription. That is the core of how this is sold, and a retainer-first shop has no reason to offer it to you.

One honest caveat, since the rest of this page volunteers its own. Systems that touch public data and email infrastructure drift. Government records go stale, which is exactly what caused the early bounce problem described above, and mailbox providers change how they judge senders. That is what maintenance is genuinely for. It is not a reason to hold your system hostage.

This is a real system, not a one-click app. Results are not guaranteed, and nothing above changes that.

Mike Dugan, Founder

Why It Doesn’t Break

Autonomous agents are only worth having if something governs them.

Handing a business over to software that acts on its own is a real risk, and most AI projects fail on exactly that point. These are the rules our stack enforces in code and process — not habits we try to remember, but architecture that installs alongside everything else.

Compliance by construction

Opt-outs are permanent and sync before any destructive operation. Send ledgers make duplicate contact impossible, forever. Platform caps are enforced by refusal, not by hoping. Targeting the law prohibits is designed out of the system rather than avoided by discipline.

Reliability patterns

Durable outboxes mean an alert can be late but never lost. Watchdogs supervise the agents, and a sentinel supervises the watchdog. Distributed agents send heartbeats. Databases back up on a rotating schedule. Service bridges detect their own failure and restart themselves.

Security hygiene

Secrets never enter documents or AI context. Credentials are rotated. Sending domains are fully authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Our own customer-facing platform was hardened through an internal AI red-team security audit before it took a single payment.

Verification culture

Claims are tagged by evidence level. Work is only complete after verification has actually run against the original request — not after an agent says it is done. Every experiment produces written analysis with the evidence preserved, and the architecture changes when the data says it should.

Human in the loop where it matters

Anything touching real money, a first send to a new audience, or an irreversible action requires explicit human authorization by design. The system is built to ask, not to assume. You stay the decision-maker on everything that actually costs something.

Proven under hard constraints

We prove our risk-control engineering in a simulated-trading laboratory, where agents run under kill switches, per-position caps, pre-registered evaluation criteria, and reconciliation against the broker record. If agents can be trusted there, they can be trusted with your operations.

FAQ

Common questions

What exactly am I buying?

A done-for-you build of a complete AI Operating System for your business: a connected knowledge base, automated nightly research, on-demand content/ad generation, document review, and a library of specialist AI skills — installed, configured, and connected by us. One-time pricing, typically $5,000–$25,000 depending on the complexity of the workflows and automations, no subscription.

Do I need to know how to code?

No — we do the build. But this works best if you or someone on your team is reasonably comfortable with technology, since you'll be the one running and extending the system after the 30-day support window.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. Pricing is a one-time fee, typically $5,000–$25,000 depending on the number and complexity of the workflows and automations we're building — scoped on the initial call. There's no subscription to us — though some underlying tools (e.g. cloud automation hosting, AI usage) may have their own small costs depending on your usage, which we'll walk through during the call.

My business isn’t trucking. Does any of this apply?

Yes — trucking is just where our own products happen to live. The underlying pattern is industry-agnostic: acquire the dataset your market runs on, verify it, filter it to real buyers, and put compliant automation on top. We’ve already rebuilt that pattern across five different industries on federal, county, and state data sources. Yours becomes the next one, and the first call is largely about identifying which data your market actually runs on.

Can you build the outbound and lead-generation side for me?

That’s the part most clients want first. You get prospect sourcing, email verification before send, timezone-aware delivery, A/B variants, and reply handling — with never-email-twice and permanent opt-out suppression enforced in code. It is the same engine that markets our own products, and we will show you its live campaign analytics before you buy anything.

How do I know this actually works?

Ask us to show you. Every system described on this page is running right now and can be demonstrated live on a screen share — dashboards, workflow editors, cron schedules, campaign analytics, and raw operating logs. We would rather show you the real thing than send you a case study you have no way to verify.

What happens after the 30 days of support?

The system is yours — fully owned, no ongoing dependency on us. You can run it, extend it, and modify it however you like. If you ever want additional custom work, you're welcome to reach out, but it's not required.

We're also still here after that window closes. Minor fixes and support requests are typically handled remotely for a small, fair cost — we built this as a one-time purchase specifically so you'd never feel gouged for help with your own system. Larger requests (major upgrades, new automations, expanding the skill library) are scoped and quoted as their own one-time charge, priced based on complexity — never a forced subscription. Nobody wants to pay $1,000+/month and still be stuck waiting on support.

How long does the build take?

Timeline depends on the size and complexity of your business — we'll scope this on the initial call and give you a clear timeline before any commitment.

What's your refund/cancellation policy?

Because this is a custom, scoped engagement, payment terms and any cancellation policy are agreed upon before work begins and outlined in a written agreement specific to your build.
